Along with remote support other features include local and off site backup, scheduled maintenance, managed antivirus, hardware and software inventory auditing, web filtering, email marketing and more. On-site service is also available as needed. All of this comes, customized to your system, at a flat, monthly fee so you know what the costs are and how to budget.
